Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what more they want done. The laws in place right now on how to handle these kids is not design to handle the recent onslaught of them coming here. The law was signed by Bush after unanimous approval by Congress but things are worse now and the law needs changed. Obama has asked Congress to amend this law and make changes. He has asked Congress for money so more immigration judges and lawyers can be sent to speed up the process of sending these kids back. Sounds to me like Obama is doing his job but Congress is not.

Take a bunch of buses and drop them off to the spot where they came from over the border. Set up national guard and give plenty enough warning that if you cross you will be dealt with by armed forces. Or just take all those people to Washington DC and let them camp out with Obama.

Uh, Obama did not issue any "Executive Order" to make the ObamaCare mandate "less rigid"

The Treasury department announced the mandate is "delayed" you can read all about it here.

Further, notice you can not bring yourself to wonder under which Authority (there was no "Executive Order") the Obama Administration has to do this since the law has an explicit date identified.

Your post was about what to do with these kids once they are here not about preventing them from being here. I agree something needs to be done to prevent them from entering in the first place but that's not what I was addressing. The biggest problem right now is dealing with the ones that are here and Obama is trying to do this but the present laws need to be amended to do this. He has asked Congress to change these laws but they haven't done it. I realize you guys want Obama to put on his Superman suit and do everything but that's not how it works. Congress needs to step up and do their job also.

You are right and it does seem like common sense but the problem is that would go against the law presently in place which is why Obama is reaching out to Congress to change this law so this situation can be handled properly.
