I'm reading the cashout rules as we speak. These guys had a shot at a new customer who hasn't played at a site other than Party, Empire, or Stars in a few years and they are about to blow it.
OH BY THE WAY, it would have been nice to find out the modified start time as soon as they made that decision.

Sorry, our guys put the tourney up for 9pm server time not 9pm Eastern... this will be corrected for next week.

This was another issue I was concerned about. I just wanted a friendly game with the Rx crowd. That was the way the contest was promoted.

It is not that I'm having a hard time with the site per se, my problem was the start time was promoted as 9pm and the tourney will not start until 10pm. It would have been nice to see that change posted on the Rx before I signed up.
I don't quite get the "server time" issue. It seems that you would be able to start the tournament any time you like. It couldn't be reprogrammed on the fly? I'm a cynic and realist and the likely reason it didn't start at 9pm is because of the number of players.
Additionally, the reason I decided to give you folks a shot was because of the Rx tourney. It appears that many of the folks registered are probably not posters. Even if the tourney for week 1 would have been a 3 person Rx tourney that is better than a tourney that is 90% True Poker regulars who may not have a single post at the Rx.
I'll play the tourney tonight but so far I see no reason to give much action to you guys. Who knows, maybe my opinion will change.

Fish takes a very nice pot early when I'm dealt AA and I smooth call his early position preflop raise.
Flop comes 9xK...Fish bets...another player raises.....I reraise about half my stack and Fish goes all in. 2nd player calls...I go into the think tank and say something like "I'm not good enough to fold my Aces" then the clock runs out before I can hit call.
Fish turns over KK for a set of Kings and the 2nd player shows K8 and Fish takes it down.
Lack of familiarity with the software saved me from being busted. NH Fish.
