that bookmakers have is they really don't have a product, they just offer a service. The service does'nt require any kind of college degree like say a lawyer or doctor needs, bookies just need money to start-up. Naturally, stuff like brains, experience, personal discipline, and the willingness to work long hours, don't hurt.
