Rule 6. If 2 or more people are on a different streak (one with 5 and one with 6 for example) at the same time, the higher winner has first option to take the winnings and start the game over.

FWIW those are almost my exact same thoughts. This contest will offer some very nice follow and fade possibilities.
I might have explained it better but the player with 6 consectutive wins has the option to keep going for the next level, until he either loses, or gets to 10 consecutive winners, the contest round stays open. The player with 5 consecutive wins cannot take down the round unless he is in the lead.
