DSI makes their bonus confusing. They've been running the "300%" thing for years now.
What it really is:
100% freeplay with 10x rollover on deposit+bonus (or 20x on deposit, however you look at it)
the other stuff is garbage
the casino chip is "sticky". What this means is after you get done with the 80x (!!!!) rollover, they remove the original amount. So if you miraculously survive and break even, you get zero.
Poker is not really a bonus, it's just rakeback. Rack up a big poker handle and you get money slowly released, just like rakeback.
The casino and poker bonuses are worth next to nothing.
With that said, I did used to deposit when they ran the "300%" promo but mysteriously they stopped giving me betpoints and I don't think they'll give me bonuses either, even though I've deposited dozens of times and am a net loser there.

Can't believe people are complaining. They put up a grand and you didn't even have to deposit at all.
Even if you DID want to deposit so that you were active and eligible, you could just elect to not take the bonus.
I understand that the wording of the bonus is misleading, but it's not that hard to research what the requirements are going to be before accepting it.

No deposit required, with 25% of prizes if non-active (that's an atypically high cut for non-active)
No requirement to take the bonus if you did deposit
And people are still complaining.
