I am starting my own sportsbook so you PAC 10 lovers can lose money to me.
Cal lost their chance in the spotlight. They are screwed this year, just like texas was last year. Besides OU, Texas has played well against good competition. We are 2-3 in our last 3 bowl games. Anything before that doesn't include current players. Cal may have outplayed USC, but they lost. And if you want to use the total yardage argument, than USC should be a one loss team and Auburn/OU should be playing for NC. They never once let a team out yardage them.
Cal almost lost at home to Oregon. Come on! UT almost lost to Kansas, granted, but that was on the road. For some reason what lacked in that game was our defense.
But everyone has lackluster games. I have already waisted my breath (typing desire) on a different forum, but Texas will win and will cover.
Don't give me last year's bowl game for evidence. We were very unmotivated. This year, we don't need any motivation. Plus, we have a badass defense. Same thing that happened to us last year will happen to Cal this year. Why would they care to play well? Here's a tip, take TTech on the ML, not b/c they are the better team, but b/c they will play better come gametime.
Don't give me the arugment about stacking the box, because don't you think everyone considers Texas a running team? Don't you think they have done it all year?
Don't give me the argument that since OU shut down our running game, so will Michigan. Michigan's defensive line is not near as good.
Don't give me the argument that VY is a bad passer. He is completing 70% of his passes as of late.
The Big 10 has always struggled with duel-threat QB's, how will that change here?
Ignorance. Yall are the same people who pounded A&M in the T+1 matchup I am sure.
I only read on this forum about once a week, but some people....Geeze man, Give Texas some respect. At least we aren't bashing Cal, and when Cal loses (if they do) we won't throw it in their face next year (at least I won't). This is a great opportunity for both Michigan and Texas in recruiting purposes. Especially for Michigan, since there is a plethora of highschool talent in Texas, and they will be tuned in for that game.
I am done...bring on the bashing....
