I have a question. i follow you religiously and I do not know if this is like your secret to capping, but just due to wanting to learn how to be a more consistent bettor, how do you determine what is a 50 unit compared to a 10 or 25 unit? i don't want it to come out as a dumb question. If you don't have the answer i understand.

How are you getting 5 grand down on totals? that is beyond impossible. Most people struggle to get a nickel down on totals.

No problem to sum it up easy..

I have a line for everything totals and game

Then i have a tier breakdown for the value of each game if there is any.. Which is bases on units

factor in matchups style of play and schedule stats all compile a rating / number

And we have a play...

Yes i hear what your saying sometimes they will put a 500 dollar max cap on each bet and then let you hit again after line change... But spread it out some and it will become easy for you

Best of luck

Limits on College basketball totals are very low offshore. To get 5 grand down on a college basketball total would require a serious amount of work. That was my point.

Having the outs is the answer including locals, but as Willye, said spreading your wagers out is the answer.

I got you there. Im just saying if even the biggest of markets have a 500 max bet on totals then thats 10 plus outs. Not trying to start a huge argument so ill bow out now.

Not many locals here but one will take $2200 on tots, then adjust the line.

Bottom line lets all just wish Willye and all his followers luck tonight.

My only question was for Will and I guess his followers.

For the followers: Will you guys follow his entirew card tonight? If not, how do you pick and choose?

For Willye: What would you advise to the followers who CAN'T follow your entire card tonight? Should they pick and choose from the big plays? Or play nothing at all?

I'd like to see some responses.

Thanks in advance.

There are 5 basic strategies you could follow and each will make sense I think.

1) Bet all of them, but adjust the amount you bet to reach the total outlay you want. So maybe his 50* is $25 to you, or even $10. Bet them all but bet them on a scale that works for you.

2) Bet just the higher * picks. Use the threshold you can afford or want. When a play is rated 50* it obviously in his view has a much better chance of hitting.

3) Straight bet all his plays for an amount that works well for you.

4) Pick either totals or sides and play just those, based upon his past results or your view of what you like to bet on.

5) Use his picks as a starting point and look to other cappers to see who agrees with certain picks and go only with those. A very popular capping style with many good cappers. This helps prevent the blind follower syndrome where if he loses the follower kicks himself wondering why he didn't do his own research.

For a follower I recommend 1,2 or 3. 4 is a filter you could also apply to 1 2 and 3. Many people don't like totals.
