LANG'S PICK: UNC +9 1/2

Well, not going to spend much time on what was supposed to be my 4th straight college basketball winner last night on Portland.
The Pilots looked great. A team they had beaten twice by 20 in the regular season, took 9 point lead into the break.
Looked even better up 54-40 with 12 minutes to play and then BOOM.....Pepperdine closes the game on a 46-19 run and down goes the 100 dimer.
Here is where the bankroll stands:

Again, 75 dime winner Tuesday on TCU, 75 dime winner Wednesday on Loyola/Chicago and the 75 dime winner on Thursday with Manhattan.

Hubert Davis is a dumbass. Simple as that.
I don't mind losing a 150 dime play and I'm sure yesterday's loss on North Carolina (+9 1/2) over Duke won't be the last one I lose in my career.
But what pisses me off more than anything else is to watch a coach completely choke and coach his team to a loss instead of a win.
Cooper Flagg picks up his 3rd fould with 3:11 to go in the first half and heads to the bench, and the Heels go on a 10-2 run to close to 43-42 at the half.
Asked why aftet the game he didn't try to get Flagg his 4th foul to start the 2nd half Davis said, "We weren't specifically trying to get a fourth foul on him!!!!!!!"
WTF??? What a fu@#@king moronic statement!!! Flagg even called out Davis after the game saying, "Yeah, I was pretty amazed they didn't attack me in the 2nd half."
Lastly, your team scores 15 points in the first 5:37 of the 2nd half to go up 57-53 and you take your best player RJ Davis out of the game.
When he comes back in, he can't find his shot, has lost all rthymn and North Carolina scores 12 points the rest of the game!!!! 12 points in the last 14:23!!!!!
Most if not all the Tar Heel blogs are calling for Davis to be fired and quite frankly, can't blame them. Watching him last night in the 2nd half was mind blowing.
