As big a sweat job as my 60 dimer on Northern Illinois Monday, it was the complete opposite with my 75 dime winner on the Ravens yesterday.
Talk about a Christmas gift!!!!!
They jumped out to a 10-0 lead and never looked back as they destroyed the overrated Texans 31-2.
I said in my breakdown the Texans had only beaten one team with a winning record this year, the Bills, having gone 0-4 against Detroit, Green Bay, Vikings and Chiefs.
You can make it 0-5 now after their humiliation yesterday.
Now my focus shifts back to the one sport that I have consistently delivered winners all season long, college football.
Yes, nice comeback win and cover by Northern Illinois on Monday. Nice easy winner on Wednesday with the Ravens.
Now, do I come back with another MAC team today or do I roll the dice with the team from the bigger conference??
Well, it's a 4th straight 60 dime winner and college winner 16 of 25.
Time to stay red hot in college football right now.

For those that don't know , pitt missing several injured players and somewhere around 15 transfer portal losses. Toledo has 4 I believe. Let's see what Lang comes up with.

This is 1 of them games where I wait for LANG and maybe even wait til game starts , the Info in first few minutes and seeing whose actually showing up and motivated is huge in these fringe bowl games

Wonder what kind of write up he’s gonna come up with when he is forced to play the one and only sports game on the board. Maybe he goes with fave just bc faves are 10-2 so far and the public is still killing it. 🤷‍♂️ Or does he follow the sharps and take the dog?
Here you go my friend
The Pick: My 60 Dime winner is the Toledo Rockets.

The Line:
The current line is +7 at the majority of books in Vegas and offshore as of Noon EST. Be sure to shop around for the best line available.

Note: If your line is anywhere from +5 1/2 to +7 points, I advise you to buy the 1/2 point up on the Rockets.

Update: At 10:45 am eastern time, the Rockets are +6 1/2 points.

My Analysis
Going to back the more stable team again.

The biggest question mark going into this Game Above Sports Bowl between Toledo and Pitt is the status of Panthers QB Eli Holstein, who hasn't played since Nov 16th.

He suffered a concussion in the Virginia game November 9th which caused him to miss the Clemson game the next week.

The following week against Louisville he suffered an ankle injury and didn't make it out of the 1st quarter, which caused him to miss the last game of the year at BC.

Head coach Pat Narducci says he is hopeful he will play but even if he does, he won't be 100%.

If he can't go, his back up Nate Yarnell hit the portal so next man up would be redshirt freshman David Lynch, who threw a total of 9 passes this year.

That does not bode well for a team that was 7-0 when the headed to SMU and got blasted 48-25, a loss they never recovered from, losing their next 4 to close the year.

So the question is, were they as good as their 7-0 record would lead you to believe? Well my answer is not really.

After beating Kent State to open the year, they squeaked by Cincy on the road 28-27 in a game they should of lost.

The next week at home they never should have beaten West Virginia as the Mountaineers blew a 10-point lead with 3 minutes to go.

It was 3 weeks later they never should of beat CAL, who trailed 17-15, when their kicker Ryan Coe missed a 40-yarder with 1:50 to go.

Throw out the Syracuse game because Orange QB Kyle McCord threw 5 picks, 3 of which were returned for touchdowns.

Bottom line, they should have been 4-3 heading to SMU and had that been the case, they wouldn't even be in a bowl game.

As for Toledo, they roll in here 7-5 but of their 12 games this year they were favored in 10 of those.

Their 2 games as an underdog, they won both of those outright.

At Mississippi State getting (+11) they won outright by 24 in a romp 41-17 and at Northern Illinois (+3) they won it 13-6.

I truly believe Rockets QB Tucker Gleason, who leads the #1 passing attack in the MAC with a 22/7 TD to INT ratio.

He will have his top 3 wide receivers, 2 of which were 1st team all conference led by Jerjuan Newton, who caught 64. passes for 949 yards and a MAC leading 11 scores.

Another huge issue that is now occurring in bowl season are players leaving their respective teams, opting out and hitting the transfer portal.

Pitt has 13 opt outs and portal defections, including 5 starters on the defense.

MAC dogs are feisty and this is one of those and playing in Detroit, is a huge advantage for Toledo here.

Couple of numbers for you: Last 23 bowl games Pitt is 8-15 SU/ATS including 2-7 ATS as a chalk.

With the underdog 5-0 ATS in Toledo's last 5 bowl games, I will gladly grab a touchdown with the team I know for a fact is happy to be in Motown.

This doggy packs a big bite early this afternoon.

Tremendous line movement in these bowl games. Tread carefully. One game moved 2 tds. Most of these games can't move enough in some instances. Bowl games are a complete joke now. Do what you want. Just my 2 cents.
College football will never be the same.
