Although I am not recommending this, IMO if someone wants to fade Connecticut and bet on Illinois, a decent case can be

made for taking Illinois on the money line at +330 for the simple reason that although I don't have the actual stats in front of me, it seems

that in the tournament so far, in lots of cases, perhaps even the majority, the dogs that have covered have not only covered

the betting line but have also won outright!!

I would be curious if anyone knows in what percentage of times this has occurred so far in this tournament.

Similar strategy with bowl games. Dogs tend to win outright so ML bets can be profitable.

When it comes to my 200 dime releases, I have had some big time winners and you can put Saturday's 200 dimer on UConn right up there with the best of them.
Last year on Saturday I handed the world a 200 dimer on UConn over Gonzaga and they blew the Zags out by 28.
Well this year they blew Illinois out by 27.
The 30-0 run spanning the end of the 1st half and start of the 2nd half was something I don't think you will ever see in this tourney.....EVER.
