Going to ride the road puppy here.



It's very easy to call Air Force's defense the best in the country based on their stats.



I mean, they held powerhouse Robert Morris to 7 points and 156 total yards and last week powerhouse Sam Houston St to 3 points and 70 yards total offense.



However, tonight we get to see just how good they are against a team and a coach who has absolutely owned them.



In Aggies head coach Blake Anderson's 2 years in Logan, he is 2-0 SU and ATS against Troy Calhoun's flyboys putting up a total of 1,048 yards.



In 2021 as 9-point dogs, Anderson's Aggies rolled into Colorado Springs and put up 628 yards in the 49-45 outright win.



Last year as an 11-point home dog, he put up 414 yards in the 34-27 outright win.



Can he pull off the trifecta? I wouldn't put it past him.



Utah State opened up the season at Iowa and as 24-point road dogs, they stood toe to toe with the Hawkeyes losing 24-14.



Anderson's boys won the stats: 19-18 first downs, 116-88 rush yards, 213-196 pass yards and the Aggie defense held Iowa to 7 points in the 2nd half.



They were done in by allowing a 54 yard kick return to start the game, by penalties (10-91 yards) and a critical INT which led to an immediate 7.



Folks, trust me when I tell you Iowa is not an easy place to play.



Last week at home laying 23, they destroyed Idaho State 78-28 as they scored 44 points in the 2nd quarter!!!!!!!



The red flag for me here is the fact Air Force, who has just 5 starters back on offense including a new QB and FB, only scored just 13 points against Sam Houston State!!

You just knew, when Justin Jefferson fumbled into the end zone as the Vikings were about to take a 14-10 lead at the half, that it was going to be a sweat job.
Even though the line went to +6' at around 1:15 pm EST and stayed that way until about 7:00 pm EST, I advised everyone to buy all the way up to +7.
And as much money as Kirk Cousins has cost me, he was on fire in the 4th quarter on 2 straight drives to hand me the backdoor.
Nice to get my 3rd straight 75 dime winner out of the way and jump start what I am confident will be another huge Thursday thru Monday 5-day football run.

He doesn’t. He says what the line is currently at, but not what line he uses for tracking, until after the game. If the line gets better throughout the day he uses that and if it gets worse during the day he will use what it was at when he sent the play out. Out something close to that line, whichever suits him best.
