I hope so because their was no one in this tourney as good as me last year.
Listen, I am not going to spend a miniute of my time ranting about my 60 dime loss on Villanova (+3) losing by 5 last night at Liberty.
The Wildcats had 2 starters who were game time decisions and wouldn't you know it, not one but both Justin Moore and Cam Whitmore sat out. Game. Set. Match.
Now it's on to the big tourney and a tourney last year I absolutely owned and I do mean owned this tournament.
I went a perfect 5-0 in the first two rounds, 3-1 in the next 2 rounds and 1-1 in the last 2 rounds.
I hit both my 200 dimers, hit my 150 dimer, went 4-2 with 100 dimers, hit my only 75 dimer and my only 50 dimer.
Folks, 9-2 good for $7,550.
That is how you make people money in this tourey and the run for success for a 2nd straight year starts tonight.
Last year in this round I actually hit a 50 dimer on this same Texas Southern team -3' over Texas A&M Corpus Christi 76-67.
Do I come back with them for a 2nd straight year or do I take the dog?
One thing you know for sure: It will be College basketball winner #7 of my last 9.
Nothing more and nothing less.
