The customer service rep lives in Atlanta and runs the company with Steve Budin and Al Rolli from his apartment. I believe he's been with them from the start. If I'm going to guess the guy in Atlanta picks the games and does the write ups for 6-8 made up cappers on the site. Lang, Budin and Rolli handle the rest of the 8-10 other cappers. It's so funny when people post picks on the forum or say I'll buy Matt Rivers or Chris Jordan or Sean Michaels they are really buying Lang, Budin, Rolli or a customer service rep's pick . I wonder how they would describe the marketing works. It must be a variance play: easy for 1 guy to mathematically get "hot" just on probability vs recognizing all suck most of the time, which likely sticks in your memory more. For example, if it were just Lang (which we know), there wouldnt be any doubt, year after year, that he sucks 90% of the time. What's funny is that the characters and slogans are so embarrassingly fake, it shows you a lot about people who consider buying picks.
