Personally i think he needs to stay in office and fix our problems, what is Joe going to do with the big problems he inherits ? Why would the country give up on the current leader when we are having so many problems ? Trump is at least fighting back against China and he has other issues to deal with like the virus so he should just stay the course and continue. I'm not certain he would win today if the election was held but i suppose it doesn't matter because the election is months away and that's when it counts. They have to debate the issues so we'll see at that time what the polls and the votes say, that's when it actually counts so what's the point of speculating..We can go back and forth all day everyday but the truth will be told in November.
I agree with the last sentence anyways.
As an oldtimer and seasoned pro, in retrospect I have my doubts about the value of debates, campaign speeches, etc., because
for the most part they are just empty words and promises, to try to attract folks to the candidate-thus I take them with a grain of salt.
Sure there have been gaffes at times which can change opinions, but as stated, when one compares
what one does after he(she?) is elected in comparison to what they said they would do in the debates and campaign speeches,
there is usually quite a disparity for a number of quite obvious reasons.
In all fairness I do watch and listen to the debates as well as some of the campaign speeches, but with the caveat in the back of my mind as stated above.
