This is a fitting ending to a horrendous presidential term.
The only (hopeful) positive from his behavior is now everyone can see who he truly is, although his blind right supporters don't care and don't care to know

I very hopeful that after the massive legal battles waiting for him he will be far less emotionally and financially able to pull off a 2024 run.

If you're keeping score at home the NY AG case is ripe for some jail time. and he 100% cannot pardon himself from that, it will cost him a ton of $$$ (most likely real estate holdings) and mandatory jail time .... although I don't think its a good look for the US to sentence a former president to be incarcerated

2nd - If your asking poignant questions like Trump going to jail, on a sports betting website, I doubt you're going to do much more than bash my response.

The exact charges he will go to jail for I am not certain. The reasons for him "possibly" going to jail are ......

He valued his real estate holdings VERY high in order to obtain loans against them, then he devalued the same holdings to avoid paying the full amount of taxes due.

As you may be aware the banking/lending industry is very tightly regulated and these steps have to be manipulated to pull off (you can't do it by accident) Trump did this throughout NY, which is why the case is being pursued by the NY AG

So the charges could be bank fraud or tax evasion.

If you're rolling your eyes google "Al Capone". Al did tons of illegal shit, the law could never tag him with anything substantial, so they got him on tax evasion

To finalize, I don't think Trump will see the inside of a jail cell because its not a good luck to the world, that the US put a former president in prison, but I do believe he and his family will be found guilty of something

The 2nd problem Trump has is 1 of his rape victims has his DNA, Trump is required to defend himself (because the US DOJ wont defend him) That case requires he submit a DNA test, he has refused on the grounds he is a sitting president. Once he leaves office he losses that protection.

With this case I'm wondering if a DNA test would absolve him of any wrong doing, why hasn't he submitted his DNA to make the case go away?
