If they make it mandatory, why not just follow it? Whether you believe it or not? It's illegal to drink and drive right? So just because you think, oh I can make it home. Alcohol doesn't affect my driving. But if you get caught, would you complain about that also? Saying it's your right to do whatever you want. Your freedom to drink and drive.

I get it, when it's optional and you don't want to wear a mask. Fine. All they are saying and others is suggesting is why not? Is it that horrible? They got some cool masks too!

No one knows how they got it, most feel they definitely got it work some how some way.

9 full time employees various departments, mostly first shift employees, 14 temporary employees various shifts (essential Manufacturing Plant 60 employees 1st shift 90Ksquare foot building.

had to wear mask before entering building with temperatures taken this started April13. 6foot signs were everywhere, they split shifted many workers staggered times to limit exposure for shifts, some worked from home. Huge lunch room, 6ft observed, none of 9 full timers use lunch room, use own office or go out to lunch

Temp employees have to work close, they need to lift and setup parts together, its very loud in plant so many times employees have to give directions close to an employee, this may be one area to look at, but masks were mandatory April13, end of April May people started dropping like flys calling off etc. we had 3 Ft with hospital stays, 1 was serious , almost on ventilator, his temperature was so high, they had him in ice baths, biggest challenge was isolation, no personnel communication with family, alone for 6 days, almost broke him mentally, even nurses would not enter, because of exposure risks.
