Muslims pray in Savile Town

Only 48 of the 4,033 people living in Savile Town are white, native British and there’s barely any diversity left in the town as most other residents or from Pakistan or India.
In a documentary style article, the Daily Mail calls Savile Town “one of the most racially homogeneous parts of Britain” as most people have the same culture and are Muslim.

This is not a coincidence as in most places Muslims prefer to live with people from the same cultural backgrounds.
A lot of migrants came to Savile Town to do the low paid jobs in the woollen mills. After a while they opened their own shops for Islamic garment and prayer mats.
Soon pubs were closed and other Western shops with groceries had to close as well. In the meantime a mosque was built for around 4,000 worshippers and the image of the streets changed forever.
“Many Muslim women who live here, speak little or no English… The wives have restricted lives: bringing up children, cooking for families, or going to women-only events at the huge local mosque.

“Many, I imagine, have been brought to the UK to wed the British men of south Asian heritage who have made this area their home, The Daily Mail writes.
According to the newspaper even the lady who sells ice creams in summer wears a burka in Savile Town and young girls are forced to wear Islamic garments, as well.
Distressingly, every girl I saw — even those of six and seven playing in the park — was wrapped up in a hijab and shoulder-to-toe-gown lest a man glimpse her flesh,” the Daily Mail reporter says.
The development of the town gives a preview on the future: Islam doesn’t bring diversity, it brings a homogeneous society, a society exclusively for Muslims.

Muslims are peaceful? Of course they are. face)(*^%

Islamists were responsible for a massive 84.27 percent of terror killings in the West
in 2017, with 66.67 percent of the perpetrators coming to their target country from abroad.

The number of foreign-born radical Islamic terrorists carrying out attacks in Western countries
was up substantially from 2016, when 40.54 percent of attackers struck outside their country
of origin, according to a report by the Henry Jackson Society.

Islamists achieved their 84 percent share of terror fatalities despite accounting for 48.53
percent of terrorist incidents overall, suggesting they tend to be more lethal than, for example,
far-right terrorists — who accounted for 20.59 percent of terrorist incidents but only 12.36 percent
of terror fatalities.

An Islamic State executioner beheads a victim in this undated screengrab. | (Photo: Screengrab/YouTube/TomoNews US)Islamic extremism and efforts to combat it are responsible for 84,000 deaths in 2017, according to a new report from an organization founded by former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair.
According to the Global Extremism Monitor by the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change released Thursday, at least 84,023 people in 66 countries died because of "violent Islamism" in 2017.
Of the 84,023 deaths, about 48,164 are the deaths of extremists themselves, while just under 22,000 were civilian deaths, 10,337 were security personnel and 3,307 were deaths of non state actors. The identities of 292 people killed could not be confirmed.
The report states that even though there were major military defeats of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, around 120 other "violent Islamist groups are still inspiring and orchestrating attacks around the world."
The annual monitor tracks violent Islamic extremism from English-language open-source data. For 2017, the organization's analysts found that there were "27,092 incidents of violent Islamist extremism and state and nonstate efforts to combat it."
While the data found that there were 7,841 attacks in 48 countries in 2017, at least 47 Islamic extremist groups deliberately "orchestrated fatal campaigns against civilians." Those attacks, the report says, were "designed to instill fear and erode public morale."
The report calls out Nigeria's Boko Haram terrorist organization as being the terror group that most targeted civilians. Seventy-one percent of Boko Haram attacks targeted civilians.
Meanwhile, the report finds that the Islamic State and the fight against it in Iraq and Syria killed 2,080 civilians in 2017.
Over 95 percent of the global sectarian attacks targeted Muslim Shia-minority populations while "a sizable number of operations focused on the religious persecution of Christians."
The document warns that unless "decision makers fully engage in the battle of ideas and tackle extremists' totalitarian thinking," the radical Islamic violence will only continue to spread throughout the world.
"[D]espite a variety of approaches to tackle Islamist violence in an array of local contexts, the challenge is growing. In devising sustainable strategies to fight the terrorists, it is critical to understand the forces that ideologically drive and unite them," the report states. "The scale of the challenge is clear from the data in 2017. Now, it is vital to acknowledge the depth and origins of the problem, to prepare for what has been — and will continue to be — a long-term struggle against not only the violence but also the ideas and beliefs that have come to justify this mass call to arms."
Blair presented findings of the report at the office of the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonprofit think tank in Washington, D.C. and told the audience that security measures will only "slow the violence" but won't defeat the violent ideologies behind it.
"Unless there is a global will to meet the depth of the challenges, the ideology of Islamism will grow—and with it, the violence," Blair was quote by Reuters as saying. "It is time to act."
As an example, the report highlights the situation with the Islamic State in Syria.

"The displacement of ISIS members from Iraq and Syria and emergency relocations appear to be causing more trouble in Afghanistan, where the group's local affiliate, ISIS-Khorasan, is ramping up its activities in the east and north of the country to undermine renewed efforts to bring peace to the Afghan people," the report reads.
The report even stated that President Donald Trump's decision in April 2017 to spend millions to drop a "mother of all bombs" in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province that killed 36 Islamic State militants was not effective when it comes to curtailing the activities of the terrorist group.
"[D]ata show that since the massive ordnance air blast (MOAB) was deployed on ISIS hideouts, ISIS activity in the country has not slowed," the report asserts. "On the contrary, the United Nations has estimated that a surge in ISIS suicide attacks in Afghanistan resulted in a 1 percent increase in fatalities in the first half of 2018, reaching a record high of almost 1,700."
The report calls for a global commitment to educating against extremism so that education systems can improve when it comes to preventing the spread of radical ideology. Additionally, the report suggests that national education systems that "legitimize the stereotypes and prejudices that bolster extremist narratives" are not helpful when it comes to countering extremism.
"[T]o actually break the cycle of recruitment and regeneration that is sustaining these groups, you have to target ... education, countering the falsehoods, and, of course, building local leadership," counterterrorism and insurgency expert Bruce Hoffman said during a panel discussion Thursday, according to CBS News.

[h=1]Law banning female genital mutilation ruled unconstitutional; Michigan doctors cleared of charges[/h]By Lukas Mikelionis | Fox News

Dr. Jumana Nagarwala was arrested and accused of mutilating the genitalia of young girls.

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that the U.S. law banning female genital mutilation was unconstitutional and dismissed charges against several doctors in Michigan who carried out the procedure on underage girls as part Muslim sect’s religious practice.
U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman ruled that Congress had no authority to enact a law that criminalizes female genital mutilation (FGM). “As despicable as [FGM] may be… [Congress] overstepped its bounds” by banning the procedure, the judge said.

The ruling came after defense lawyers challenged the 22-year-old genital mutilation law that hasn’t been used until 2017 when Dr. Jumana Nagarwala was arrested and accused of mutilating the genitalia of young girls.

FBI agents leave the office of Dr. Fakhruddin Attar at the Burhani Clinic in Livonia, Mich., after completing a search for documents, April 21, 2017. The investigation was connected to the case of Dr. Jumana Nagarwala, who was charged with performing genital mutilation on two young girls from Minnesota. (Detroit News via AP)

DOCTOR PERFORMED FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION IN MICHIGAN CLINIC, FEDERAL AUTHORITIES CHARGE
She allegedly headed a conspiracy, which lasted over 12 years and involved seven other people, and led to the mutilation of about 100 girls, according to prosecutors, as part of a religious procedure practiced by members of the Dawoodi Bohra, a Muslim sect.
While the charges of performing FGM were dropped, Nagarwala and other conspirators are still facing conspiracy and obstruction charges, according to the Detroit Free Press.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office said officials are reviewing the judge’s decision and will consider appealing it.
Women’s rights groups condemned the ruling, saying it’s a setback to the rights of women in the U.S.
“It’s a giant step backward in the protection of women’s and girls’ rights,” Shelby Quast, the Americas director of Equality Now, told the newspaper. “Especially when there is a global movement to eliminate this practice.”
“It’s a giant step backward in the protection of women’s and girls’ rights ... Especially when there is a global movement to eliminate this practice.”
— Shelby Quast, the Americas director of Equality Now,
She said that 23 states don’t criminal FGM, noting that “parents are aware of where there are laws against it and where there are not. And they will take advantage of that.”
FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION CASE INCLUDES VIDEO OF GIRLS BEING TAKEN INTO A MEDICAL FACILITY
Michigan state Sen. Rick Jones also slammed the ruling.
“I’m angry that the federal judge dismissed this horrific case that affected upwards of a hundred girls who were brutally victimized and attacked against their will,” he said in a statement. “This is why it was so important for Michigan to act. We set a precedent that female genital mutilation will not be tolerated here … I hope other states will follow suit.”

The case in Michigan prompted state officials to pass a state law officially banning FGM. The law carries a penalty of 15 years in prison for assisting or performing the procedure, but applies only to future instances. Nagarwala and other members of the sect were charged under an old federal law passed by Congress.
The federal law was passed in 1996 under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution. The federal judge ruled the banning of the procedure under the clause was unconstitutional.
“There is nothing commercial or economic about FGM,” Friedman wrote in the opinion. “[FGM] is not part of a larger market and it has no demonstrated effect on interstate commerce. The Commerce Clause does not permit Congress to regulate a crime of this nature.”
Shannon Smith, Nagarwala’s lawyer, told the Free Press that they are “unbelievably happy” after the judge’s ruling, saying “The impact is huge. It eliminates four defendants from the indictment, and it severely punctures major holes in the government’s case.”

American-Palestinian reportedly gets life sentence for 'selling land to a Jew'

Issam Akel reportedly has been sentenced to life in prison for trying to sell land in East Jerusalem. (Facebook)

An American-Palestinian dual national reportedly was sentenced Monday to life in prison with “hard labor” for trying to sell land to Israelis – extending an incarceration that has already drawn the ire of the U.S. ambassador.
A Palestinian court convicted Issam Akel, who has been held since Oct. 10, of “attempting to sever parts of Palestinian land and annex it to a foreign state,” Reuters reported, citing a judiciary spokesperson.

Akel was accused of trying to sell a property in East Jerusalem without telling his business partners or Palestinian officials. Under Palestinian law, potential sellers must get the Palestinian Authority to sign off on any land sales in that area before proceeding, according to Reuters.

Palestinians are said to be concerned with land sales in the so-called occupied territories due to alleged fears Israelis will purchase property to further efforts to solidify control of the region.
Akel’s family told Reuters on Monday it was not aware of the verdict or sentence against him. But his plight previously has drawn criticism from U.S. ambassador to Israel David Friedman.

The Pal Authority has been holding US citizen Isaam Akel in prison for ~2 months. His suspected “crime”? Selling land to a Jew. Akel’s incarceration is antithetical to the values of the US & to all who advocate the cause of peaceful coexistence. We demand his immediate release.

A Palestinian judiciary spokesperson told Reuters that Akel’s life sentence also includes “hard labor,” although he can appeal the verdict.

[h=1]We're at the end of white Christian America. What will that mean?[/h]

Justin Fletcher, a Church of Lord Jesus member, is anointed with oil as Nancy Kennedy whirls in a trance at a church in West Virginia. Photograph: Jim Lo Scalzo/EPAAmerica is a Christian nation: this much has always been a political axiom, especially for conservatives. Even someone as godless and immoral as the 45th president feels the need to pay lip service to the idea. On the Christian Broadcasting Network last year, he summarized his own theological position with the phrase: “God is the ultimate.”
And in the conservative mind, American Christianity has long been hitched to whiteness. The right learned, over the second half of the 20th century, to talk about this connection using abstractions like “Judeo-Christian values”, alongside coded racial talk, to let voters know which side they were on.
But change is afoot, and US demographics are morphing with potentially far-reaching consequences. Last week, in a report entitled America’s Changing Religious Identity, the nonpartisan research organization Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI) concluded that white Christians were now a minority in the US population.
Soon, white people as a whole will be, too.

One is “the disaffiliation of young people in particular from Christian churches”. That is, especially among the young, there are proportionally fewer Christians. If trends continue, that means that there will be fewer and fewer Christians.

While two-thirds of seniors are white Christians, only around a quarter of people 18-29 are. To varying degrees, this has affected almost every Christian denomination – and nearly four in 10 young Americans have no religious affiliation at all.
The “youngest” faiths in America – those with the largest proportion of young adherents – are non-Christian: Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism. This reflects the second big driver of white Christian decline: both America and its family of faiths are becoming less white.
The big picture is the steady erosion of America’s white majority. Due mostly to Asian and Hispanic immigration, and the consolidation of already established immigrant populations, white people will be a minority by 2042. This will be true of under-18s as soon as 2023. According to Pew’s projections, in the century between 1965 and 2065, white people will have gone from 85% of the population to 46%.

[h=1]Christian Violence in America[/h]
In the United States, attacks on abortion clinics, the killing of abortion clinic staff, and the destructive acts of members of Christian militia movements are chilling examples of assaults on the legitimacy of modern social and political institutions, based on the theological frameworks of reconstruction theology and Christian Identity thinking. These examples of Christian militancy present a religious perception of warfare and struggle in what is perhaps the most modern of twentieth-century societies. The secular political order of America is imagined to be trapped in vast satanic conspiracies involving spiritual and personal control. This perception provides Christian activists with both the justification and the obligation to use violent means to fulfill their understanding of the country's Christian mission—and at the same time offers a formidable critique of Enlightenment society and a reassertion of the primacy of religion in public life.

[h=1]So you’re scared of Islam? By that logic, you should be scared of Christianity as well[/h]Extremist versions of religion serves to fill a power vacuum and is able to be used by authoritarian leaders to fulfill their crusade and lend credibility to their power pursuits. Christian terror groups are not often discussed in the media but they exist and are also responsible for atrocious acts of violence. Christian militia group “Anti-balaka” is responsible for the destruction of almost all mosques in the Central African Republic. The Lord’s Resistance Army in Uganda made headlines when a documentary/YouTube campaign went viral discussing the horrors perpetrated by the Christian organization. In the United States eleven people have been killed by christian motivated attacks on abortion clinics. Radical Christianity exists everywhere where there is Christianity, as is the case with Islam and radical Islam.
