Its not uncommon for cellphone calls to be dropped.

However, nine seems to the topic within plenty of negative threads.

I see no reason to play at this book.

I will try to word this carefully so as not to hurt anyone's feelings.

Natrually you are well within your rights to not play anywhere you don't want to.

Nine.com and 19 other books advertise here at The Rx. from time to time they all get mentioned in threads in a negative light (even some of the so called A plus books) and yes Nine.com does seem to get more that it's share of bad press. All that said -- first and foremaost The Rx. believes all Rxers will get paid on legitimate winners at all 20 books that advertise here and after that all of the moderators are available to help out in any other kind of dispute such as this one.

Something like this dispute is difficult because there is no absolutely sure way to find out what happened that casued the call to drop. I would like to be able to find out what I can but to do so I need the cooperation of Darryl Parsons.

These guys only want to take bets from people who don't care what the line is, and they've already said in this forum they only want to take bets from people who could bet either side of the game once the line is out, so this sort of nonsense doesn't surprise me in the least.

I understand people play at books of their choice.

I dont care who plays or who doesnt play at nine, but I wont be adding them to my list of outs.

Its totally understandable that yourself and RX has a fine line to balance between maintaining this forum of gamblers and sportsbook sponsors.

More often than not yourself and other mods here do a great job with such.

Thanks for keeping others feelings within consideration...your humor and sarcasm are appreciated during this otherwise boring day.

Wil,

Thanks for the comments and your offer to help. It is much appreciated.

I don't think it's any secret that Nine.com doesn't like my kind of action.
Whatever the result of an investigation would be I can't see it being favorable. If it turns out they erred and owe me 13c worth of juice they could give me some compensation but then close my account -- something they'd be entitled to do. If we don't do the investigation then I can stay under the radar, hit them a couple of times quietly for lesser amounts (using regular land lines, not cell) and then slowly fade into the distance. This latter choice looks more favorable to me.

My purpose for posting was not to slam the Rx by badmouthing an advertiser, be an attention whore, or slam a book frivolously. I have nothing but good things to say about the Rx for all the help given to players over the years.

Rather, in the spirit of this forum, I just wanted to tell people what happened and leave it to them to draw any conclusions.

So thanks again for your offer to help, but I think I'd like to just leave it as is.

Royalfan, how do you KNOW this? LT

Pretty obvious, don't you think? A 12 cent difference or whatever it was on a straight play is a sleepy line by a sleepy book. It isn't like the "bad" lines that are bet into by some in many a thread lately on prop bets, nor is it even close. Since there are so many threads with people doing that of late, I just didn't want a class act like Mr. Parsons to get viewed by some less intelligent folk as being in the same class as those betting into true bad lines.
