That says more about our society now than it does about Seinfeld.
Sorry about your family RC but I have a question for you - does the Cal-Neva still give out drink tokes like candy?I don't think the Office would make it today on a major network with the whole me too thing. Too many would be offended. Big Bang isn't even in the same league. Big bang is like Friends if they were all nerds, laughs but cheap laughs. Seinfeld had those moments of hurtful laughter, which not too many shoes have. Sunny still funnier than all. I like to watch Sunny when I visit my liberal family and watch them cringe while watching. The laughs are painful with that show.
not sure, but I doubt it. William Hill completely owns Cal Neva now. Not just the sports book but the whole Casino, it's their base of operations now. It still has that dive bar feel though, and beers and food are still really cheap. Places are changing on the free drinks. Even peppermill that used to hand me a fat stacks has changed. The writer doesnt hand them out, you have to swipe your players card and print it at the kiosk, which sucks. No more tipping a few bucks to get a stack of drink tickets.Sorry about your family RC but I have a question for you - does the Cal-Neva still give out drink tokes like candy?
That’s sad! I remember that if I was really hard up for cash I could sell enough drink tokes (6 for $1, I think) to get me a three teamer and hang out at the sleeper car bar and then stumble home to The LakeMill Lodge! I remember the day I hung out at the Gem Club and watched Clint Eastwood Drive his Pink Cadillac into the Eldorado on Virginia Street!not sure, but I doubt it. Well, Curb is the best but it is HBO so not really fair to compare to network TV.
Curb is the best comedy of all time.
