He ended up running against someone very unpopular. Biden or obama beats him badly. He lost by 3 million votes and won by small amount in handful of swing states against the most unpopular candidate ever.

Look at the huge slant, for say, California. Do you really want the majority of Californian's representing?

i live in southern cal and I can guarantee you wouldn't. I love where I live but I can drive 20 minutes in any direction and see the biggest bunch of waste you'd ever want to see. These people make up a huge part of your 3 million votes.
