The happiest person and also the luckiest was Mark Dantonio. Had MSU lost, he would have been crucified for his asinine play calling the entire game. Passing up 2 makeable FG attempts to go for it on 4th & long (both failed) and calling a fake punk on his own 30 while only down 3 (Michigan got a gift TD out of it). Not to mention screwing up a 1st down on Mich 35 while only down 2 at the end. Just a horrible coaching job..... but now no one is talking about it because of the miracle finish.
I think Dr. Jimmy's got-you on that [one] Mango....Those were "ballsy" calls that were made especially since the MSU offensive was sputtering at the time.
That last second MSU winning play will go down in college football annuls along with the likes of Doug Flutie's "Hail Mary" pass for BC against the Miami Hurricanes back in 1984.......both were unbelievable plays that really happened.
