Floyd is a smart dude. He wanted it to go the full 8 in hopes of setting up a future fight.

We need one of the Paul brothers to fight someone not as smart. Put Mike Tyson in there. We would all love to see and old Mike Tyson throw some hammers around.

lol man, he could've got him out of there easy if he wanted to put pace on him, he doesn't care

he looks lackluster and then Paul's bro KO's Woodley and it sets up the better boxing Paul to take on the "defeated by father time Floyd" in a real boxing match
The weight difference was too big. Mayweather's punches didn't even hurt Paul. The Mayweather that beat McGregor would have taken him out easily but not the current Mayweather.

It wasn't a real fight. He didn't even try the first 3 rounds.

Comparing his performance to vs McGregor to say maybe "Bum XYZ" (other Paul perhaps, perhaps McGregor again, I dunno) has a shot in the next 1 is the whole point

When the fight was over, I turned to the US men’s soccer game vs Mexico.

that game was a classic while the Mayweather fight was a dud
None of the Mayweather fights have been any good except for the Castillo fights where Castillo was robbed.

Mayweather should never step in the ring again with a bigger fighter. He's never been a power puncher and now his has nothing.

The next guy won't be a "fighter", he'll be someone who is fighting, big difference

Floyd was exciting to watch at the lower weight classes circa 2000-2003 before he became a big PPV star and started managing his career more

Fights vs Corrales, Castillo, Augustus were all very good

Corrales fight best he ever looked I think

I would love to see TWood catch Jake with a big overhand right. Regardless of competition he has looked washed his lay 3 or 4 fights.

Didn't Floyd used to knock people out early in his career before his little hands became brittle? I'm guessing that was circa 00-03. I'm not much of a boxing fan.
