we have people that ban themselves and still come In and play slots. they will hit a jackpot on the slots and take off running out of the casino. they know they will be arrested and cant claim the cash

Does some random run to the machine and get paid or what happens. I know in some states it is considered stealing. I remember the case in PA where a guy found an envelope full of cash and kept it and he was arrested for stealing. That was some time ago, I'll have to see if I can find out what happened.

Cincinnati is not in Indiana
