Don't ever get caught up in the hype. Guru and I are cool and we started off on a rocky note and that is way behind us. We are here to share and exchange thoughts to put that towards our winning ways. :toast:
In regards to the lines, I already have made numerous bets and my big bet that I will post, the line movement went in favor of my lean so once all the other books post their AFL lines, I will bet it and post it.
I am going to take the same approach as Scott and Guru and not post my early plays that move the lines. There is no point in posting it when no one can bet the same number.

Sabrine: Raiders is a bitter dude who bombed out of the offshore world right around the time he hired me to post over at his place. Happens to be that year was the WORST year I ever had (my only losing season in the AFL to date), and it turned out that the "hype" for me just wasn't there. It was a nice little niche at Rx and that's what it's returning to. He knows I won't blast him over at EOG because I really don't give a damn about other gambling related sites anymore (that's nothing against General and Shrink, by the way, I just think that this site is the best for information out there).

1) Chicago (bet $50 with my roomate that they'll win it all and fool gave me 5-1 odds)
2) San Jose-This team has all the tools to give the Rush a run for their money (to my dismay)
3) Philly-Really enjoy watching them play
4) L.A.
5) Dallas-Based on Clint being out

At the beginning of the season, you could've gotten something like 8-1 in Vegas on Chicago. They've played ONE game, and 5-1 are still short odds. I probably would've given you 5-1 in Week 1 as well, especially since it's only a matter of time until Russ Michna becomes the starting QB because Bonner is bound to get hurt at some point.
Well none of the books I'm currently with offer AFL futures so I wasn't aware of those particular odds. Thanks though for the heads up.
Still like my chances to go deep in the playoffs and possibly hedge later.
As for your point Bonner I think that I'll just keep my fingers cross. I'm a big Bonner guy.
BB, Spring and Summer are the most critical and busy periods of my business outside of gambling and fortunately it is before NFL season begins. My time is limited and I am blessed to have a business that has a huge online element to it. This is the only way I would be able to post period and I do this during the day while I am in the office. I will not be able to keep up with this season discussion thread and also post in the record tracker. Also AFL is tricky because Greek post their lines first and if you want to get more than a dime in on a game, it is kind of like the stock market. Grab what you can now cause the number will move or gamble and wait for all shops to open to get what you really want to get down. Problem with posting plays and Scott already mentioned this is, I can post a play and if people are betting it, I lose the number I would have got on it. Or if I bet it, the line has now moved, I post, it is irrelevant because posters cannot follow at that same number. I have made 6 bets already and all of the numbers I got, no one can get right now so to post it, it doesn't make that much sense. However I will post a flat line bet that I like if I see one and this weekend, I see one that went my way (in terms of line movement).
Guru: You mean 39 year old Bonner's bones won't last that long?? :think2:

To be honest with you, not concerned with my posting winning percentage here compared to my actual money, hence why I decided not to post my plays if no one else can get the lines. I could always show everyone who I am on but what value is that to anyone when the lines cannot be bet at that number?
