I understand why blacks are breaking shit. But why are whites?
Most whites don’t even understand why black people kneeled in the NFL. And you’re telling me they are angry about a black guy dying?
That explains just about everything.Nah. I’ll never forget in my life the time I was at the gym during the Freddie grey riots, and this lady leaned over to me and said, “isn’t what they are doing soooo stupid?”
That moment right there put a lot of things in perspective for me.
No clue. Not even one ounce of understanding. And keep in mind I live in one of the best areas in the country. This is white privilege to the T.
The whites do not understand or care to understand blacks fight against social injustice. It’s a big game to them. They run up, create problems and then run away and blacks get blamed and more police violence ensures. They are trying to tell people to stop. “It’s not what we want.” Not the message we want to send.
Pretty shocking
Sometimes it seems that it is more brutal when it involves a black person.....and the media runs with it....Rodney King is a prime example....
I see blacks doing the looting. I see antifa and whites creating violence. Remember, these arent white supremacists, these are hardened leftists. I am ready to see these antifa people shot in the streets for creating anarchy.
Well, guess you have to wait till November to become "Black" when you vote for Joe Biden, so you can understand their pain....Wonder if Blacks are going to vote for Trump, so they wont be black anymore, and can live in the great fairytale land of white privilege
Mob in all his glory
I've worked out of the same building with local police for 20 years.
Side by side on many things not every day but weekly.
I've seen & heard a lot of crooked things.
But honestly the one thing I've never seen or heard is anything racist.
My analogy is that bad cops are a common thing, but racist cops not near as much.
It's a police brutality issue.
In 2020 so far, 42 white people, 31 black people, 13 Hispanic people, 3 of other origin and 139 people of unknown origin have been killed by police officers.
Now, a majority of these killings are justified as in most of these people threatened the cops with weapons etc. but there is a small percentage of this group that were unjustly killed by a cop.
The goal should be no person in America be killed unjustly at the hands of a cop right? But, it's like suicide, we can say the goal is to reduce suicides to 0 but that isn't realistic. Just like suicide, the goal is to reduce unjust killings of people by cops to 0 but that isn't realistic for a myriad of reasons but we can still try.
My point is that any person of any race that dies unjustly at the hands of a police officer deserves justice and we should be angry. So, why is this a black thing? If a Hispanic person is unjustly killed by a cop, we should be equally angry too.
Black people lose their credibility when they make it about race. It's about the small percentage of people of all races killed by police officers. That's what it's about.
100 % correct. I've always maintained the same regarding slavery.
tobyAnd again, another liberal in here comparing two things that aren't remotely the same thing. I pointed this out the other day.
Why can't you guys simply compare two similar things when making an analogy?
Slavery is the same as a guy being killed by a cop in Minnesota? Just fucking weird man.
