Note to self: avoid playing whoever these Hawaii Boys are, didn't they get killed in college football with San Jose State as well? Brutal!
You can stay out of my threads while you're at it. All you do around here is bitch and moan. Go do it somewhere else. You've never lost 2 games before? Maybe if you did some research you'd see that I've been posting plays from the Hawaii boys on/off since 2008 and they are over 65% documented here at RX. Hawaii controlled this game and then collapsed. On Saturday SJ state dominated then failed HISTORICALLY. Big $$ was lost. Congrats to those on the other side of those games but let's just call it what it is.. Good capping, bad luck. A lot of time, effort, and money goes into this, 5 figure wagers.. And just think, these guys are on permanent vacation because they have lived and breathed hawaii sports for the past 15 years

Why be rude? It's one game lost. One game where Hawaii controlled the entire game and choked it all away at the end

no offense man but did you watch this game? High Point was the clear right side and the better team by far down the stretch. They played harder and had several matchup advantages while Hawaii gave up cheap fouls and got their PG in trouble early. Then High Point started to run more motion offense and Hawaii went stagnant scoring a whopping 3 points over the final 6+ minutes. I have no comments about the Hawaii Boys, but if you think Hawaii controlled this game and got unlucky late you need to rematch the tape..

I'll agree with you that HPU was the right side.. Because they won. However, I will respectfully disagree with you about getting unlucky. Hawaii led at half shooting less than 30%... Because they play D.. They went on a 16-2 2h run to take a 9 point lead.. But without their PG they just couldn't create... I mean it was tied with 2 minutes left even after they did nothing for 5 minutes. It was a collapse. They beat thenselves. Let's be honest. I think you will see this a lot from Hawaii this season. They play ugly, and they'll win (and lose) ugly ala Iowa state. Some teams may "look" better, but definetely will not be. GLTU this season :toast:

UH started celebrating too early. But HPU showed some grit and stuck it out and didnt get rattled. Good for them.

UH is young.....and it showed. Hope they grew up a bit.

They'll be fun to watch.

People who look to others for winners tend to do things like that unfortunately.
