It's a timeshare I rent out; one of the few things ex-Mrs. Phaedrus #3 let me keep.

Nice place too -- but not available that week. I've got one week in the spring and two weeks in the fall with it, plus transfer credits for RCI, a big group of resort and timeshare places.
