ANALYSIS
For the Yankees, Hiroki Kuroda gets the start. He has been one of the pleasant surprises for the Yankees this season. He is 12-8 with a 2.96 ERA. But in his last three starts, he is 2-0 with a 1.54 ERA.
He has given up only eight runs over his last seven starts. He will keep the Indians’ batters quiet. Kuroda faced the Indians on June 25 and the Yankees won, 7-1.

My 50 Dime play is on the Carolina Panthers to cover against the New York Jets. Checking the sports books the Panthers are +3 underdogs.
ANALYSIS
After the first two preseason games and there are a lot of people wondering just how bad the Jets’ offense can get?
After two games, the Jets have a total of nine points.
It’s only preseason and it’s too early to push the panic button, but it’s clear the Jets have their issues.
Mark Sanchez is having trouble moving the offense and Tim Tebow has trouble with a conventional offense.
The Jets will unleash Tebow and the wildcat offense in the regular season, but Coach Rex Ryan has said he will not use the wildcat in the preseason.
That means the Jets’ offense as it is presented will struggle, especially in the second half when Tebow takes over.
The Panthers are in rebuilding mode, but quarterback Cam Newton is making strides and the Panthers have scored some points.
Carolina will be more successful with their offense and should score some points against the Jets
Getting points in this situation is a nice edge. The Jets may come back for the win, but covering three may be tough for the Jets. Hell, they might not score more than three points. So covering three will be even tougher.
