He probably bought the home around 2005- 2006 at the top end of the market before it crashed. He also probably has a morgage for about 1.2 mil. Bottom line is he's almost for sure upside down. Unlike many here, I have a "real" life outside the Rx. It's dominating my time lately. My wife is flying in from Thailand next week, and my mind/enegy is preoccupied with getting my place ready for her arrival.

Inc, Good Luck with your endeavors outside of this forum as I agree that there is reality outside of gambling. I was in no way trying to start shit but just wanted your take on why you have derived from the plan that you preach so much. The PD is a great system that most people in here follow and like you said, maybe it is time for another to start preaching the PD as doing opposite of what you preach is fuked up.
