No worries, last month Janet told us the banking system is safe, and just the other day Ricboff said good ol' Sheriff Joe is drinkin' too much and the worst is over.

That's fragile nature of fractional reserve banking. Banks create credit from thin air with very little deposit, once that deposit is gone, it's blowing up the banks in the process.

good call TD

First Horizon tanked 33% in a day , lol

waiting to see if/when a bullish weekly candle occurs on KRE. To trade only ........'Never let a good crisis go to waste' Churchill

as the saying goes, 'sell in May and go away...'

SPY $385 strike price (that's approx 5% downside protection, June 30 expiration) is paying an AROI of about 10%)

update on the nutty yellow metal, from April 6th post:

GLD

1 decade MONTHLY (zooming out)

View attachment 65229

:)...we are just slightly past mid-april, the candle is NOT complete-- BUT , if ends as is? inverted hammer at a top , this picture is BEARISH....

gold needs to move its ass before mth end

GLD

2 yr WEEKLY

View attachment 65230

inside candle, maybe coiling ...... the logical area if the downside comes to fruition-- $173-$174-- to sell puts at said level, cant now as they r not paying enough. Will be a fight at $180- $178ish : not interested gotta come to me

if i held this underlying-id be a seller OR selling calls.
BAM BAM..........Used the highest time frame, the monthly . Probability was significantly favoring a gold price fall... and probability won ..time /patience as this call was on the monthly chart..... keep in mind this was a contrarian play as at the time it wasnt just tik tok and twitter going nutty for precious metals , so was the mainstream media

Existing my short position before reaching my target as previously posted (weekly chart getting severely oversold). Looking to sell puts on GLD if/when it hits the target: gap fill $174ish on the weekly , $168 MASSIVE support

the June monthly chart for GLD will end with a yet another bearish candle suggesting further downside risk

GLD

monthly

take off the 2 candles furthest to the right (when initially posted, May and June )-- that's an inverted hammer at a top with rsi/stoi severely overbought : TEXT BOOK stars aligned presentation .....June's candles was the like a nail in the coffin and Add'City

the candles? the graphic depiction of investor sentiment. Created 200 yrs ago by the Japanese rice traders ---yeah im serious , some guy decided to track Rice's price : opening price, closing price, high /low of the day.... pictorial each and every day ...to see if there was any predictive value........ ....ya cant make this shit up

conspiracy theorists win again...

Blockchain developer Pedro Magalhães claims that he has successfully reverse-engineered the source code of Brazil’s pilot central bank digital currency (CBDC). He revealed the existence of functions that empower a central authority to freeze funds, reduce balances, and move funds from one address to another.

didnt touch kre actually , played zeb instead . 3rd time was the charm to bust $44ish. Kudos to those that bought

with that said; the day is not done but bearish engulfing patterns forming on SPY, DIA, and spectacularly on IWM..lets see how they close :)

still long BTC, no intention of selling until a double top forms ($65,000 ish)-then re-assess. A ceiling is rarely broken on the 1st try. ....that's the plan.......'the best laid plans of mice and men '.....

click candlesticks , click daily

its pausing. consolidation...the longer this consolidation the greater the break- in either direction

food for thought

BITO is the etf on the US exchange with options available. Liquidity is not very good.

anyone wanting to buy btc and get paid trying to do so, here is an example;

current price : $15.58

sell to open a cash-secured put
BITO 9/15/23 $14 put @ .51

roi : 3.6%
aroi: 27.1%
down-side protection : 10.1% (you are obligated to buy @ $14 if price is below this strike come expiration...can alwasy buy it back for a loss if want to get atta dodge lol)

so if assigned you will be buying BITO at $14 ( BTC at $26,500ish) . This underlying is quite volatile so premiums are consistently high

few sectors violently retracing,... eye on JETS, GDX

i'll share , pulled tricker on utilities, the worst performing sector of the yr. Premiums are typically low on this underlying not surprisingly as its a defensive sector.

oversold: RSI at 37 (would prefer to see it below 30)

XLU

1 yr DAILY

1691111693666.png

CLEARLY approaching a horizontal support , $63.50-$64 tested FIVE times and has held. if assigned i have no problem holding the underlying , to sell calls if assigned

XLU

2 yr WEEKLY

1691111779495.png

i sell options on both the US exchanges and the TSX. Used zut in this case (TSX) not xlu, same sector

Sold ZUT 10/20/23 21 PUT at 0.6 leaves 0

roi- 2.8%
aroi- 13.3%

seasonality another factor - aug/sept/oct historically can get bumpy

Why should I buy this LNN? I can’t just blindly follow
SB 21-235. look it up if you're truly interested...
I'd add water will be the next "Oil "given the quality decline and coming scarcity.

He didn’t ask you to blindly follow. He posted a link that includes numerous articles about the company. Read them and make your own decision.
Good point Charlie...
But I will say "Blindly following" is surly a thing here.

Irrigation improvements are key in the water conservation, most framers are irrigating crops the way generations before them did ..witch is inefficient and being barred in some water restricted areas
