Negative google reviews? Huh?

I had one guy who cut me up last year all over the internet because I didn't complete his return before I had my heart attack and bypass surgery. I met with him for about 45 minutes in total, and he also complained to the BBB, State Board of Accountancy, AICPA, CSCPA and anyone else who would listen. His complaints were laughingly dismissed, the BBB didn't even record it as a complaint, he's that big of an idiot.

He sent me a certified letter on May 1, 28 days after my surgery and threatened to suit me. The attorneys I deal with all told me to ignore him, he's an attention whore. He then amended his reviews against me and said "he would suit me if I was worth anything". Never heard from him since.

What were his damages? he had to go on extension because I had a heart attack

I never did a single job for him, never billed him a penny

if I was concerned about such review, or if I actually had to work at growing the business, I'd make a few phone calls and have hundreds of positive reviews without making an effort, it's just not important to me.

PS: the one thing I did do for the guy was write to taxing authorities to have penalties abated for the late filing of his returns, even though he left me April 6th and I didn't file extensions for him and I didn't prepare the returns. Despite the fact that he mother fucked me, I still accepted blame and had his penalties waived saying he filed late because of my heart attack

when he met with my wife on April 6th, 3 days after surgery and while I was still in ICU, he ripped her apart and made her start crying

he's a fucking idiot that I'm glad to have out of my office

I did no wrong, I have nothing to be ashamed of, and my business is simply beyond amazing

Last year I had to put hundreds of returns on extension, almost 100% of the people stood with me. 5 or 6 picked up their stuff, and they all came back this year with the one exception of one guy I never worked for
