The Cubs are terrible. Every year, living in Chicago, I have to listen to the optimism of the Chicago media and Cubs fans.
The funny thing is every year the Cubs say how much better they are going to be then the Sox and every year they are eliminated early with some new excuse, that is given to them by the front office and of course they buy it.
Every year, next year will be their year but to be honest maybe when they all stop saying that it will be their year, and maybe when management finds out that pitching and defense wins title's not adding a power hitting lead off man.
The sad thing is the Cubs could win 82 games and win there division.
One other thing I am sick of hearing, neither the Cubs or the Sox made the playoffs last year so how can you say the Sox were better then the Cubs. SIMPLE THE SOX WON 90 games and became one of four teams in MLB history to win 90 games and not make the playoffs. The Sox would have won 110 games in the NL Central. The Cubs couldn't make the playoffs in a division that won 84 games.
I am sorry Cubs fans but you should just shut up until you perform because you bring all the garbage on to yourself.
