counting down the days until (apparently) you will be forced to the sidelines for a year. Is he doing this because he has, "mental issues?" Hardly. He's doing it because he thinks it bothers you. And because over the years you have become bitter enemies on this board.
Now I haven't seen every exchange between you guys. But I've seen enough to conclude that it likely began the same way it always does when people become forum adversaries. Someone starts a thread to make their point on an issue, or comments in a thread. The other person replies and attacks the first poster instead of the content of the post. Either post #2 or #3 contains the term retard or moron, and it's on. And from there on out the two combatants can't even be in a, "Who Likes Pizza?" thread without getting into a fight.
Look at me and my history for a second. I was always up for a battle. And I needed that imagined "Knockout." Now I don't even want any parts of it. I'm like the most harmless guy in here now. Will I stand up to anyone, and for anything I believe in? Absolutely! But I don't need to "Win." I'm not pointing fingers only at you here; you have company on both sides. But as for me I'll give you one, maybe two efforts now to sway you my way on an issue. After that I'll just shrug at your posts. But to make bitter enemies in these fucking forums anymore? Nah, what for?

He has mental issues for sure and is very slow. The guy showed his math skills when it comes to gambling is that of someone in grade school.
I guess we can just disagree on his mental status but when you add up all the lies and the birther stuff.....i think i could win in a court of law.
I'm pretty much moving towards where Scott is. The battles in here seem so... insignificant, childish, time-wasting... I had a very close friend die unexpectedly this week of a heart attack. It's causing me to re-evaluate priorities, and some other things.
If we are really and truly passionate about issues and change, than battling in here day after day is one of the dumbest ways to channel that passion, and I'm looking right in the mirror.

And kudos on your post. You are another poster I differ significantly with on certain issues. And yet, I have enough sense to let it stand because whether or not we agree I know we both mean well. We arrive at our opinions and values through both how we are raised and our life experiences. Keep an open mind and an open heart bud :toast:
