I've heard of these things. But 21 days? I suspect it's good to stay close to home during the process. Good luck.

if you want to cleanse your system do several mornings in a row of 32 oz warm water mixed with 2 tsps sea salt and drink it all within 30 minutes. just be near home base an hour later

Day 2 -- First day was rough due to the headache all day. Felt kinda like a hangover. Had my shake for breakfast this morning but again starting to get that feeling of a headache coming (not as bad as yesterday though). #Grinding

Did the master cleanse once. Drinking the salt water in the morning was the worst. Talk about an explosion.

Day 3 - came to the conclusion yesterday that this will be one of the hardest things to accomplish. The headaches continue as I woke up with one today. I feel like I have more energy today than I have had in a long time. Gotta keep posting in this thread to keep me sane.

Roof Top on day 3-4 I started to have more energy than I ever had made me feel like I was in my late teens again. Hang in there it gets better.

Keep posting Roof. I'm following. Could you post your weight loss on a daily basis?

I did a 11 day cleanse called Isagenix. I lost 14 pounds in like 10 days and eventually lost 25 lbs in like 6 weeks. And had more enerhy than I knew what to with and never felt more upbeat.
Keep it up. Let us know hopw you make out.

Day 4 - Had a good day yesterday, played golf with my buddies. Cleaned out the fridge and took all the beer to the course for them, packed water for me. Didn't have the urge to have a cold one. Started out great this morning, no headache, and full of energy. Lost 4 pounds so far. Have not been craving anything yet, but had a dream last night about a Wendy's burger. Press on!

This doesn't sound like a bad idea doing something like this before football starts. Don't you worry, you'll be loading up on beer and wings in no time after this is all done.

Cleanses are all bullshit. Doesn't do anything. There's one long term fix you can make that will make you feel like a million bucks -- No sugar. This includes carbs, which your body breaks down into sugar. Just make simple choices, and they'll go a long way. Diet soda instead of regular. eggs instead of pancakes. yogurt instead of muffin. Burger instead of pizza (bun isn't good, but lesser of 2 evils). Veggies side instead of fries. Vodka soda or whiskey instead of beers. SMALL changes that will lead to big results. Steaks or chicken breast for dinner, side of veggies, and some pinto or black beans. Delicious meals, you'll never be hungry.

If you avoid all sugars and carbs for 2 weeks I guarantee you'll lose 10-20lbs and not want to go back.

Day 5 - Another good day yesterday. Been sticking with same foods that I'm used to (chicken, carrots, onions, beans, etc.). Going to branch out and try some of the recipes they provide. Some of that stuff I never knew existed. Who knew about coconut milk? Down 6 pounds.

Day 6 - It seems to be working. Missed lunch and dinner shake yesterday and did not feel hungry and woke up feeling great. Dropped a significant deuce this morning and seeing that I didn't eat yesterday, I'm sure it was a normal part of the process. It nice to wake up in the morning and feel energized. Still got two weeks to go.

Day 7 - Had fish tacos yesterday and they were pretty good. A lot of prep work when you're on this thing. I usually add fruit and almonds to my shakes to give them more of a kick. The one thing that I have noticed is when you wake up in the morning, you wake up. Eyes wide open, no turning over trying to catch another 15 min. You wake up and feel like you have to get up and do something. That has been a big change for me. It was hard the first few days with this thing but it is getting easier by the day.
