Yeah, went balls to the walls last weekend. Food, Booze, etc. After 3 days my body is telling me that I've been a bad boy.

$425 bit pricey. Easier to go buy a vitamix and drink green drinks for a few weeks.

I did a 12 day fast a few years back. Was brutal felt great after the 3rd day but the first few were brutal. Good luck Roof top!!
