His passer rating today was 70, no tds and 50%. What I’m trying to convey is against decent teams, he sucks and it showed very clearly today.

Gave them a chance to win. Pretty hard to win without your best cornerback against the Chiefs. I thought Jackson did good for a bad weather game in hostile environment. Didn’t have any turnovers, again. If ravens see KC in the playoffs Ravens will upset them.

Other factors in Williams case.. playing against a 1 man team..Elway was pretty much it.. Redskins were pretty much an all around great team. Not a top QB driven team..he did have a great 2nd qtr though. Give him that.. career defining moment.. what few there were

But they lost.

The CB being out didn't cause Lamar to play poorly in the loss. He's a pro bowler against the Dolphins. Looks bewildered against good teams.

thought even though lamar didnt look great yesterday to this point in the season he is improved. not gonna say he is a bust simply for playing a below average performance on the road against KC.
also not gonna give him too much credit for beating up on arizona and miami.
the only issue i have with lamar is the ravens still seem to call a good amount of designed runs for him. i actually find his arm strength to be impressive but those runs will take i little ankle sprain to completely change his career. his mentality tells him to run a lot of times anyway but the designed runs concern me.

possibly .. maybe because the NFC was so much stronger than the AFC during that era. fact is Williams was in the right place at the right time.. That Skins team wasn't winning because of Williams..
