SP: I have played approximately 1millon hands (of poker)since 1998...

BM: Sorry, I can't resist.

On accounta my being a product of America's most excellent education system, I did the math.

One million hands in six years means 465 per day, 19 per hour, if we presume that you never stopped once to eat, sleep, piss, or post.

Or if you only spent 12 hours per day that would mean 900 hands per day, 38 per hour.

Or maybe it's just a fulltime job and 8 hours per day, so 1300 hands a day, 57 per hour, again presuming you never take a single day off in 6 years.

I'm guessing this alleged wife of yours is not a math teacher, otherwise you would be scolded.

He may be lying. That I do not know. From my experience, I have played at 3 tables at once with the average hand lasting something like 6 minutes. That works out to about 30 hands an hour. It might even be possible to play more tables. The overall time per hand mainly depends on how many people were at the table and their utilization of the clock. Some people like to milk that time.

Can play upto 150hands an hour no problem, and do almost daily for a minimum of a few hours almost every day. Even play upto 200 if playing 6 handed tables. I played full time off and on around the infancy of the industry.
I play a few hrs almost every single night these days.

I have documentation of over 830,000 hands, unfortunately when Planet first openend getting hand histories was impossible.

Why would I lie? if I played 500,000 that is just as impressive to some unknowing idjit.
