>>I rather bet action points at -2 than take giants -4 on the spread bet. Your giving up
2 points. If I am wrong correct me.<<

Wow. I thought you were sharper then that.
If you want to bet -2 faves on action points
you are a bookmakers wet dream.

quote:
6. Oh WAIT!!!!!!! Detroit just went to -3 on DB Books, BOOKIE YELLS OUT MOVE THE FUKKIN LINE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hint------- Buddy you took no action either way on game and your books are balanced, why are you moving the lines "Oh DB moved!!!!!!!!! CLASSIC!!!!!

I'm no bookie, but in this situation wouldn't it be best to move your line?

If you've taken absoulutely $0 in action on Detroit -2.5 and you see every book on Don Best move to -3, should you really be the only person out there hanging a -2.5?

Now I'm not stupid, obviously if your action is on the +2.5 you would wait a bit and get some -2.5 action before moving to -3, but if there is zero dollars bet on both sides why be the only game in town hanging the odd number?

FSB,

I agree. As a player I would prefer to have books showing different lines so as a book it makes sense that I would want them to be the same.

YOU follwo the DB screen, don't you? Do you bet blind or do you shop around for the best line?

I find it amusing that people take you seriously, must be a side effect of baseball season. When there is nothing better to do you pay attention to the morons shooting their mouths off. Similar to having wastebasket paper-ball shootouts to kill the time.

All these guys you tried to blast make more money than you and work less.

I just smell envy...

Super I mainly play one game a night now, easier on the mind and cut losses that way. I am too busy posting to follow line moves.

Plus following DB is overrated because all the lines are the same and when they move at one book they move at all. Basically a useless produt now.

Let me see if I got this straight. You bashed an industry that makes loads of money off of chumps like you because its' methods have changed over the past few years in order to adapt to growing technologies?

That's dumb even by your standards JJ.

How much action have you written? What's your position on todays' games? If you think every book holds exactly the same line on a game you have obviously not looked at DB in a while.
