Please take a look at this link here which was dated July 3rd and was never modified:
http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=692176

This was a post I made advertising the UFC contest that Betonline is hosting on their site for each UFC main event.

Please see post # 2.

Please see rule # 11 in post # 2.

Nobody was "duped" here, the rule was there since day 1. Furthermore, getting lay -105 style pricing on any deposits that might have been made is hardly a rip off, finally anyone is free to change their account type before the contest starts.

Mods/Administrators, please address this for me & Try.

beleive me, I have already tried to get them to do away with this rule, but they are firm. They are allowing low juice account holders to keep their accounts as a courtesy, but they have changed their business model and no longer offer low juice.

actually if you look pack to the betonline post trytrytry made a post on July 8th about the fact that low juice account holders coudnt win prizes in the UFC contest so he was semi aware of Betonline's policy.

K, guess I didn't see the "small print". I never had to deal with that with them before (but I am aware I get no bonuses) and certainly wasn't expecting it. I have been in a handful of their contests in the past and never had to deal with it.I guess I deposited for nothing as my account was pretty full $ wise for me before that already.
IMO, rule makes no sense, an account is an account, a customer is a customer..............and lo vigs already get no bonuses. Limiting the contest(s) to say that only those who wagered a certain amount in a certain period would fly with me, tho and would tend to make sense.
Guess you might as well scratch my name, I will have to be more aware of small print as I don't want to give up my lo vig account.
Now, I am not going to sit here & cry or knock Betonline. I have been with them 8-9 years and have more accolades for them than complaints. I think they are a good book and treat me pretty good and sponsor more than their share of contests over those years. But, that small print rule, IMO, mnakes no sense.
Thanks anyway & GL to all who play.

I wish it was there THE HITMAN, I will forward your feedback to betonline.

If for no other reason, than to avoid confusion that it is causing right here.

My post was pretty clear. Don't know why you had to ask a second time. You seemed on a roll last night asking the same question over & over. The answer was easy to find on your own each time. Whatever...

Guys, it wasnt added later, when JOH launched the MLB head to head contest with Betonline, I got an email from them asking me to add the small print about the low juice account holders.

I told them that the MLB contest had already started and that it was too late to add that small print to that contest.... They then told me to make sure I added it to the football contest.. The text looks different coz I copied and pasted it right out of an email.

For the record, Betonline is also running a number of contests that they host on their own website, UFC contests and other contests.... The rules in relation to low juice account holders is also in place for those contests as well. So its not only here, but its a company wide policy at Betonline, low juice account holders are not eligible for bonuses, nor are they eligible for contest prizes.

I did try to get them to go back on this rule and make an exception for forum posters, but it comes straight from the top at betonline.

This is a load of crap.IT should make no difference if you are -105 or take a large bonus. Can't wait to get out of this book already

I just looked at this thread and saw some of the interesting feedback... before I get to that, I want to let a mod know about the small date mistake in post #1. It cannot be "launching on Sunday September 9th." :)

It should read Sunday, September
13th.

About the misleading of what type of BetOnline account is eligible for the Bonus Play prizes, it seems like the suggestion is to put in post #1 that this contest is for "regular BetOnline account holders only". It would be helpful to both us at theRX and BetOnline if that information appears for anyone who's still interested.

That way, low vig account holders don't have to get all excited to join a contest and either goes ahead/realize at the bottom of fine print that they aren't eligible to win Bonus Play prizes. They would feel slighted as several have already felt.

I was going to change that date this morning and got off on a tangent and then forgot. Thanks Calvin. I'll take your advice into consideration.
