Heatwave Gets Hot When It Counts
Takes Advantage of $tinky Slipup in Final Week To Take Home The Title

Congrats to Heatwave in winning the 7th Annual Hilton Style College Football Contest. $2649.60 is his winning share. A rough final week dropped $tinky back into a 2nd Place tie with statster, who climbed one spot to earn the tie. Each will share 2nd & 3rd Place money which comes to $993.60 each. hawkeyejr finished 4-2 and jumped up one spot to sole possession of 4th place and $463.68. LSUpete #2 rounds out the top 5 and a $331.20 share. A 4-way tie for 6th and a $248.40 share for each goes to kwr, terp1313, trytrytry and theDude24 #2. Captain Lee #2 and Livinthedream have to split the final payout for 10th place and $99.36 each.Those receiving payouts should PM Willie99 & Livin the Family Life! to confirm how and what you wish to be paid. You may not be paid by the same guy you sent money to. No worries... everyone will get back the correct amount. A big thanks to Willie & LTFL for their handling of the funds this year. Truly a big help.

So, we got thru another Hilton Style CFB Contest (Number 7) with minimal difficulties. Hopefully, I measured up to everyone's expectation. It pains me to see guys miss a week here and there throughout the season and have to deny giving them a pass by allowing their picks late but that's how we maintain the integrity of this contest. They probably think I'm a prick at the time but hopefully if blows over. I realize you have a lot of money riding on these decisions but just trying to follow the rules. Ok guys, congrats again to the winners and see ya again next year.
