I'm pretty sure I found the reason for this... based on the Codes submitted, the first set of picks for MattyMatt were submitted by Megacapper. Obviously, he clicked on MattyMatt's name by mistake. I deleted MattyMatt's actual picks, thinking they were his 2nd set of picks. So, bottom line, I changed MattyMatt's first set to Megacapper and restored MattyMatt's actual picks. I really hope I'm right. I think I am.
