The spreadsheets / pick-sheets are posted in these threads and they'll be easy to find and use. In college football, only Saturday games are used.

In college, lines are posted on Tuesday using Pinnacle lines and picks must be made by Friday at 10 PM EST. Only Saturday games that are on the board on Tuesday can be used

In the NFL, lines are posted on Wednesday and Westgate Super-contest lines are used. Picks must be made by Saturday at 3 PM EST unless you're playing a game that goes off sooner (like Thursday night). ALL your picks have to be placed before your first game goes off.
