Here's sneak preview of the picks entry form and accompanying spreadsheet we will be using. Notice the "x" in the picks entry box. Those who played the Full Season Contest last year will remember that ALL plays should be posted UNDER the x. Same goes this year. It's a formatting thing that works well when I copy and paste from the google sheet to my own spreadsheet. Lines you see posted on the form are for illustrating purposes only. Final decision is we will use 6 betting options: Puck Line, Money Line (GM), Total Goals (GM), Regulation Spread, 1st Period Total Goals and Alternate Puck Line.

If no one objects, I would like to enter as a contestant. Hopefully, everyone realizes that this becomes a side job for me, in addition to my regular RX duties and that this will be no small endeavor... posting lines, grading plays and compiling results in standings format every night and day for the next 6 months. I am up to the task and ultimately, everything will run smoothly. First night of play is Tues, Nov 3. Based on the minimum plays needed for November (35), you have until Wed, Nov 15th to decide if you want to participate. Definitely looking for a few more late signups by then. Good luck everyone!

Last year was a free entry for everyone but you got 100% of the prize money if you deposited $200 at BetOnline and stayed active throughout the season. 25% if inactive. Plus Betallsports was nice enough to add $500 Cash to the Pot.

I suggest that we give JOH a free roll for running this thing. Play in a live poker tournament in Vegas and you’re paying up to 30% rake for their services. If we only get 10 people to buy in we are only paying 10% vig. (at most)

On the other hand the house never has a shot of winning that poker tournament.
