Why cant we vote on it?

a few reasons actually ... #1 being that this contest is structured like most contests in Las Vegas.
in most cases Top 10 collect a prize

also this is the way it was done last year and there were no complaints. and I will note that we have more entries this year, than last.
I think it's a fair amount of winners to hold everyone's interest through out the Season.

I probably will think about Upping the ante next year and go to a $100 Entry for College.

I like paying the top 10.

Usually the bottom third loses interest halfway through. Paying top 10 with so few entries still gives you a chance to make a late run and sneak into the money. My only suggestion (for next year) would be to pay last place (whatever 10th place pays). Can be interesting to suck half the season, then switch strategies and handicap for last place. Of course, you have to make 5 plays every week to even be considered. Keeps interest up as well. lol

Agree with all of you guys.... That was the way I came up with it 3 years ago, and it has worked fine.

I do like the idea of Last place as well.... think we had a contest like that for something else.
and of course picks will have to be placed for each week, otherwise you are out of that running.
