That awful pass had nothing to do with being hurt or playing on a bad team

Sometimes threads don't come out the way you intend them.
I started the thread after that awful first throw of the game because I was pulling hard for him tonight:

Then it just got out of hand to the point where people who read this probably think I think he is a bust .

No I don't think that .

Just wish he could have played better tonight.

I don't feel nearly as bad about him as defying .
I think that's way over the top

Yea it was kind of a dumb thread.
I think I came off too hard on Luck.

Did not intend to come off that harsh on the guy.
All I really was trying to say is he is having a bad year and most of it is his fault.
I have a feeling he will get over it.
No I don't think he is playing like a top 15 qb this season but I would take him over just about anyone.

But make no mistake.
He is making a lot of unforced mistakes.

it's OK Chop, we were piling on you last year

this year is Vlad

when Brady retires in 10 years, it might be my turn (I wonder where Jimmy G is going to go in a few years?)

when Brady retires, maybe his son will be old enough to take over (I like to keep it in the family, like Ollie and Calhoun)

Have some balls, Chop. Don't back down, you said what you felt.

I don't think Luck is good. He manufactures and patents interceptions, just like Cutler. Loved him in college, but I've seen enough to say that he sucks. If he improves, I'll amend my opinions, but he's terrible right now and it's not just one game.

a classic case of a team totaling dominating a game and letting up after going up 17 with 10 minutes to play

it happens, it doesn't take much to let the other team back in the game

much like the Patriots game a couple of weeks ago, the Panthers get no 1st downs down the stretch, 3 and out every time with a conservative offense.

there was even a penalty to take away the 1 first down that could have made a difference, just like the Patriots game (that's a little weird)

anyhow, this game was so damn hard to watch for > 3 qtrs (weather contributed), and now they're calling it a great game
Relates everything to the Patriots in one way or another...

So what is the reason Luck can take a 2-14 team to 11-5 the very next season with basically the same roster in tact?

Acting like he sucks is nonsense.

The Colts lost another game, and got closer to clinching the AFC South crown, and the AFC 4th seed.

I figured it out.
The Colts clinched the South in week 1 so they are resting all their starters till the playoffs.
Hasselbeck is really the starter but they don't want him to get hurt .
Haha

All joking aside.

The colts are practically the lone team in the NFL that has the ability to rest It's starting qb as long as they need without losing playoff position.

I sure hope hope for Lucks sake that they are not putting him out there at less then 100%.

Luck is a poor mans Peyton manning.. Will be fortunate to win one super bowl.

Any QB who has ever played would be fourtunate to win 1 Super Bowl .
They don't hand many of those out you know.

Many all time greats don't have any
