i just got off the phone with graham, who does what i described in title. it was a good conversation. few points:

1) stop doing p2p transfers. your account will get closed and if your not a VIP member it may take a bit before its opened.

2) he understood WHY we were doing what we were doing, and doesnt blame us. however, the reason they cant allow it
is it looks like money laundering to the US DOJ as all these funds go from US accounts to gambling sites. the US has its eyes on everything neteller related and neteller is more concerend with business going forward that further pissing off the DOJ.

3) the EFT processor that neteller used was siezed (his word, not mine) by the US goverment. he said it is highly unlikely thank bank transfers will be allowed again.

4) checks apparently will be issued. of course no concrete timetable was given.

5) debit cards were stopped, because as expected the processor severed ties with neteller.

all in all, i feel like i will be paid, but dont regret paying ~5% to reduce my massive exposure.

one last reminder, STOP DOING p2p's as you WILL get shut down and there is no promise you will get reopened.

Despite long and very detailed conversation with UK manager earlier today, wherein I explained EXACTLY what I was doing, and how, and why, and then got his assurance that they would not close my account, it's closed.

Could not get through to security to discuss, but NT live chat was hilarious:
