Anyway, I think you're underrating the level of competition that they are going to be facing in the future. The reason the major autos haven't started mass producing EV's yet is because it isn't really profitable to do so. Once the costs go down, I'm not sure how big tesla competitive edge/moat will be.

But I didn't see the stock going to 100B and surpassing nearly every other automaker in market cap either.

That is a good sized investment, cool to be passionate about a new technology but I'm skeptical that they can escape the competition of the auto market. Good luck.

If you think that their batteries/tech will just be superior to everyone else then it makes some sense, but if you really think the other car companies are just asleep at the wheel because the status quo works better for them then I think that is a leap.

They just don't really have a reason to compete yet.


The fossil fuel industry doesn't hold sway over the car companies, it is just way easier to produce an ICE vehicle to sell to people that don't wanna spend 40-50k on a car. Not everyone is balling like you Lanquel.

Have a $1,500 a month expense account so without gas maybe I could live off of my expense account. Haha
