Denis Gremelmayr vs Xavier Malisse

My pick is Xavier Malisse to win

Odds : -284

Bookmaker : pinnaclesports

28.4 units to win 10 units

Xman is hard to trust but he should prevail here against another clay courter in the main draw , many of them got owned yesterday like Volandri or Horna and other will follow today . Gremelmayr played 2 matches on grass this season and was mauled in both totaling 0-4 sets against Troicki and B.Becker .
X-man fell victim to L.Hewitt in Queens after easy first round win against D.Evans . Xavier is very experienced with 19-14 record on grass , he has a big serve and a game suited for those courts .

Few interesting underdogs for IN-PLAY betting : Starace 3.80 vs Grosjean . Starace not known to be great on any courts but red dirt however Grosjean looks like a finished player , retiring left and right . He also looked overweight in his last matches against De Voest and Murray ( retired after only 5 minutes ) .

Odesnik 3.70 vs Nieminen . Never trust Nemo and Odesnik is not a mug .

Benneteau 3.20 vs Kiefer . Kiefer has questionable fitness lately and Benneteau is on same level as him , mad odds .

Ventura 3.8 vs Schuettler . Anything can happen when a german is playing , especially Rainer who can break down any time . Ventura is a clown on anything other but clay still I think it wont be a straight victory for Schuettler .

Clement match will really depend who is still hungry , both are pretty old but in my eyes Clement didnt really lose it like Bjorkman who's legs are catching up . This is hard to rate for me , gut feeling says Clement should win maybe with problems in the first set but in the end come out with a W .

Thanks. I'm gonna play Almagro over Clement then.

Monica Niculescu vs Magdalena Rybarikova

My pick is Magdalena Rybarikova to win

Odds : -185

Bookmaker : pinnaclesports

9.25 units to win 5 units

Preview by thedestroyer9

Rybarikova was a junior Wimbledon finallist back in 2006 and has a game that is quite suited to the quick grass surface. On the bigger stage, the Slovakian talent has been starring at ITF level and qualified for the French Open and beat Sprem in Round one, before being bamboozled by eventual finallist Dinara Safina. Her only hitout on the grass was in qualifying for this event, where she cruised along without losing a set to an in-form Kulikova and rejuvinated former top 30 sensation Sesil Karatantcheva who is making a return from a drug ban. Monica Niculescu defeated a young Maggy here in qualifying last year gaining revenge for a clay court loss two years prior, but she has failed to come on at the rate many expected in Romania. She has played only four matches on the grass (1-3), and since competing well with Jankovic at the French has lost out to both Tanasugarn and Poutchek at Birmingham and Eastbourne respectively suggesting she is probably not ready for a Grand Slam on this terrain at this stage of her career. She is double-handed off both sides which can be a disadvantage for your reach and power unless you play the stand-and-deliver attack style of Marion Bartoli, not to mention she is 0-2 at Grand Slam main draws. She hits with a lot of clearance over the net - in fact probably too much - and that sort of short lofty rubbish you would imagine will be eaten alive by the aggressive and flatter style of Rybarikova so long as she minimises the unforced errors that Niculescu will so crave. Rybarikova will be keen for a good start, boasting the impressive stat of winning 26 of her last 27 matches after winning the first set. She is maturing with every match, has plenty to offer and will sense an outside opportunity at getting to say the 4th round of this event given she is in one of the weakest 1/16 of the draw with Schiavone and Szavay not exactly proven big-time performers or lovers of the grass.

Tailed you on Rybarikova.. Any idea when this match resumes? Also did you notice mens favorites were 32-6 yesterday?

Sick loss for Rybarikova , glad I managed to lay her at 1.04 with 0.40 units to win 10 units when she was 4-1 up in the third so I came out without money loss out of this but will count it as a loss on my record . I don't understand how she lost from 4-1 up to 4-6 being broken twice in a row . Wish they kept playing yesterday but play was suspended due to darkness , I think she received a hard pounding tonight and couldn't walk in her match today because I dont understand how she gone down like that , almost no points won today and lost 4 games in a row .

Almagro 9.5/10 , really other guy has no business on grass courts at all . Almagro not a specialist either but he has big serve and nice groundies .

Clement match will really depend who is still hungry , both are pretty old but in my eyes Clement didnt really lose it like Bjorkman who's legs are catching up . This is hard to rate for me , gut feeling says Clement should win maybe with problems in the first set but in the end come out with a W .

Lost first set indeed , now 2-1 leading after winning 2nd and 3rd sets . Come on Clement , bring home the bacon .
