No brainer here IMO , Nestor and Zimonjic defending Wimbledon champions against two clowns who suck in doubles . Kubot and Marach are real deal , can't see them losing to Moser and Guccione either .

Butorac/Lipsky just blew 6 breakpoints at 7-7 in the deciding set , not a single ADV for their opponents just deuce and then on very first one they also win the game for 8-7 lead and now Butorac/Lipsky have to serve to stay in the match , would be a brutal beat after 6 not converted breakpoints at this stage :-/

Nestor and Zimonjic have just lost the first set 3-6 , 5 units to win 3.05 units at paddypower 1.61 , solid odds on the defending champions against two guys who aren't really good at doubles , 1 set down doesn't mean that much I believe in best of 5 .

Hey Boxer22, I like your picks! If I may, where do you play?

Just in case, it was not sarcasm... Anyways, I'm looking for places to bet tennis. Where do you people play and why? Any suggestions or comments will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

J.Blake/M.Fish vs M.Damm/R.Lindstedt

My pick is M.Damm/R.Lindstedt to win

Odds : 2.99

Where : betandwin

2 units to win 3.98 units

Really crazy odds , I am not sure how bookies decided to make Damm and Lindstedt underdogs especially by that much ...
So far they have not been broken a single time in 7 sets , Blake and Fish faced 19 breakpoints in their 3 sets win over Dlouhy and Paes who were only able to convert 3 times , this is very mediocre stat .
Fish and Blake are better players but both Damm and Lindstedt are solid on grass . They decided to partner up this season and already had success winning 2 titles and being runner ups twice .
This should be set at close to even odds , they might lose but at those odds it's worth a try I believe .

C.Kas/V.Troicki vs L.Kubot/O.Marach

My pick is L.Kubot/O.Marach to win

Odds : - 155

Where : 5dimes

3.87 units to win 2.5 units

Kubot and Marach are ranked # 5 at the moment and have solid results this season , 65-20 record when playing together .
Kas is a solid doubles player but Troicki is pretty mediocre and I am surprised they have made it this far . Tursunov with his buddy Kunitsyn most likely tanked in the first round but beating Melo and Sa looks like a good result even tho brazilians have struggled in the last 12 monthes . At those odds I have to bet on a regular team who are looking for a good result at this tournament after getting upset at French Open in the 2nd round .

I would be shocked if any of those 3 lost ...
Bhupathi and Knowles might drop a set but Amritraj and Qureshi are pretty limited , they have good serve but thats about it , Bhupathi/Knowles are very experienced players and I don't see them losing in this round .

STRONG PLAY

I.Andreev/E.Korolev vs W.Moodie/D.Norman

My pick is W.Moodie/D.Norman to win

Odds : 1.44

Where : unibet

10 units to win 4.4 units

Like this one ... both Korolev and Andreev are very bad doubles players . Korolev is 0-6 this season in doubles while Andreev is 1-8 . In the first round they had easy opponents who have just entered for paycheck and lost all three sets 5-7 to the russian duo .
Moodie and Norman have just won the tournament in Hertogenbosh on grass , both are very tall , big servers with strong net play . Moodie actually won Wimbledon 2005 with Stephen Huss . Both are playing well on grass and get a lot of cheap points on their big serves .
Andreev also going to play in singles today against Tommy Haas , I think Haas is going to win so Andreev might not be in great mood to play doubles . It shouldn't really matter anyway as Moodie and Norman are clearly better doubles players and unlike clay courts big servers have less trouble with singles players who have entered doubles tournament on grass .
I just hope Andreev does not withdraw from doubles after his match against Tommy Haas because this looks like a good opportunity to win some money .

M.Mirnyi/A.Ram vs S.Aspelin/P.Hanley is lottery , I fancy Aspelin and Hanley to win but this is a close one to make a call , + 110 odds on them are not enough for me to make a bet .

B.Soares/K.Ullyett vs R.Wassen/I.Zelenay no bet , Soares and Ullyett should win but I would like - 200 line and not - 260 here .

Blake and Fish broke for 2-0 lead , added some more for in-play betting , lay 1.30 Blake/Fish , crazy odds IMO for just one break .

Roger Federer vs Ivo Karlovic

My pick is Ivo Karlovic + 5 GAMES

Odds : 1.83

Where : sportingbet

3.50 units to win 2.91 units

I think there is a lot of value in this line , Karlovic can afford to lose 4-6 6-7 4-6 and it's still a push but the way he has been serving I wouldn't be surprised if Federer won all sets 7-6 or Karlovic won some this way .
