Tennessee has lost two games they should have won. Not like the Vols are not a good ball team (much improve over the past).
Before you bury Tennessee, take a look at the remaining schedule. I have them losing to Alabama and Georgia but winning against Arkansas, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Texas, Missouri and Vanderbilt.
(IF) I'm right....that's an 8-4 season and bowl game where a win would give them nine on the season. Still a lot to play for there in Knoxville.

CL, I agree w/ you. I had UT going 8-4 of 9-3 before the season began....but I had them winning vs. UF and Oklahoma was a toss-up game.
I'm sure Tennessee fans would like that. I still think it's too early to write Jones off. He's essentially cleaned up the mess he inherited...now he has to start coaching it up. Is he capable? I think we'll see him there at least another 2 seasons before the administration would even consider making a move. I still think he may be a good coach. Unlike Zook and Muschamp, he had previous head coaching experience.
Jones AIN'T going anywhere Coach. Just because Sleeze bag SEC Network host Pauly Feinbaun goes ape on a coach and school means nothing. Feinbaum is an asshole and over his career he's tried to get coaches fired. That's his MO but the guy knows NOTHING about the working inside a football team. Tennessee is still playing a lot of young players and building....that's the key.
Now Coach, your Gators are riding high right now at 4-0. Coming: Ole Miss, Missouri, LSU, Georgia the next four games....that's one tough run of games.
